Performance Features 性能特点
HM-303外观为白色粉末，pH值1～3，无毒、无味、不燃、不爆、使用温度为常温至60℃，腐蚀性低，能有效清除金属表面的锈垢。 使用本品除锈比盐酸或硫酸更安全可靠，运输方便、对环境无污染、对人体无毒、无害，且省水、省工、省时。
HM-303 appears as a white powder with a pH value ranging from 1 to 3. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive. The recommended operating temperature is from room temperature up to 60°C. With low corrosiveness, it effectively removes rust and scale from metal surfaces.
Compared to hydrochloric or sulfuric acid, using HM-303 for rust removal is safer and more reliable. It is easy to transport, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and harmless to humans. Additionally, it saves water, labor, and time.

Suitable for chemical cleaning and rust removal of equipment and installations in the food, petroleum, chemical, and power plant industries prior to commissioning. Also applicable for chemical cleaning and rust removal of metal surfaces on equipment and parts in the machinery manufacturing industry before surface treatment.

Operating Instructions 操作方法
HM-303 根据清洗现场的工况条件，可选用浸泡清洗工艺或循环清洗工艺。酸洗时按照3%-5%比例添加，缓蚀剂0.2%至0.3%，PH1-3，温度常温下，循环清洗8-10小时，＜24小时，残余浓度不小于0.5%，当铁离子不变时，直接添加氨水调PH8.5-9.5，保持温常就行，有50℃∽60℃更好。进入钝化4-6小时后排放。
Depending on the on-site working conditions, HM-303 can be applied using either an immersion cleaning process or a circulation cleaning process.
Preparation of Chelating Rust Removal Solution:
Add a measured amount of water into the mixing tank → Add a measured amount of pre-dissolved pickling corrosion inhibitor and stir thoroughly → Add the pre-dissolved HM-303 while continuously stirring → Prepare a chelating rust removal solution with a concentration of 5% to 10%.
The chemical cleaning process typically takes 0.5 to 12 hours, after which standard pickling procedures should be followed.
Neutralization and passivation should be carried out in accordance with the operational procedures used for hydrochloric acid rust removal.

Main components 主要组分
HM-303络合除锈剂主要由以下物质组成：柠檬酸（C₆H₈O₇）、乙二胺四乙酸钠（C₁₀H₁₂N₂O₈Na₄）、葡萄糖酸钠（C₆H₁₁O₇Na）、十二烷基苯磺酸钠（C₁₈H₂₉NaO₃S）、十二烷基硫酸钠（C₁₂H₂₆O₄S）、lan-826多用酸洗缓蚀剂等组成。
The HM-303 complex cleaning product is composed of the following substances: Citric acid（C₆H₈O₇）, Sodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate（C₁₀H₁₂N₂O₈Na₄）, Sodium gluconate（C₆H₁₁O₇Na）, Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate（C₁₈H₂₉NaO₃S）, Sodium dodecyl sulfate（C₁₂H₂₆O₄S）, and LAN-826 multifunctional acid corrosion inhibitor.

Packaging and Storage 包装贮存
1、 塑料编织袋包装，净重25kg/袋。
2、 若有结块，破碎后不影响产品质量。
3、 常温下，于阴凉干燥处保存。
4、本品保质期二年。

Precautions 注意事项
本品使用时必须添加 0.2%Lan-826 多用酸洗缓蚀剂或 0.1%CM-911 新型固体多用酸洗缓蚀剂。 本品使用时需带防酸手套及防酸工作服。 本品使用时防止误入口眼。

During use, acid-resistant gloves and acid-resistant work clothing must be worn.
